Royal Mail quote the following time scales for delivery:
UK 1-2 business days
Europe 3-5 business days
Rest of World 6-7 business days
Please be advised that these are estimates. Items may be delayed for reasons beyond my control and I cannot guarantee delivery on a certain date.
Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.
If you opted for the tracked shipping upgrade at checkout you will be supplied with a tracking number when your order is dispatched.
You can track your order initially using the Royal Mail Tracking website and then your country's postal service tracking.
DUE TO THE ONGOING STRIKES TRACKING IS NOT BEING UPDATED AT ALL STAGES OF YOUR PARCELS JOURNEY. INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS SEEM TO BE SCANNED AS THEY LEAVE HEATHROW (LANGLEY) BUT OFTEN NOT BEFORE THIS POINT.
UK orders can be upgraded to 'Signed for'. This is not full tracking but will be updated when Royal Mail attempt to deliver your item.
If you did not upgrade your shipping it will not be trackable.
If your order is damaged on arrival please take photographs of the damaged items AND packaging and email them to me. I will endevour to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
If you are missing items for your order please get in touch and I will arrange for the missing items to be shipped.
